V2 CTS-V Mustang-Style Front Subframe
After all the issues with the OEM front cradle — limited travel, bulky design, and almost no aftermarket support — we decided to fix it the ScroggsFab way.
This subframe completely converts your CTS-V to run Fox Body–style suspension, opening up a world of aftermarket parts, more travel, and easier servicing. Between improved geometry, cost-effective parts, and cleaner packaging, this setup just makes sense.
This design also clears up the engine bay, getting rid of the factory clutter and making space for bigger turbos, headers, and cleaner routing overall.
We also build LT and LS motor mounts (available in Poly or Solid options) that pair perfectly with this setup — click here to view motor mounts.

Utilizes Mustang (Fox Body) front suspension
Works with Mustang II rack and pinion
Designed with 1/8” and 3/16” chromoly mounting brackets
Includes jig to align camber plates (some cutting and welding required for camber plate install)
LT or LS compatible – motor mounts sold separately ([click here])
Weighs just 15 lbs
TIG-welded and built in-house
Constructed from .095” wall 1.5” chromoly tubing
Ships raw (default) — powder coating available +$200
Black is the standard color; custom colors available upon request (additional cost may apply)
