From stainless and titanium tubing to precise bends and flawless TIG welds, every component is built in-house with an eye for longevity, serviceability, and optimal flow.

We begin with a full design review: vehicle layout, engine/induction setup, header options, collector style, and clearance concerns (e.g., frame, suspension, heat management). Next, we layout mandrel bends that preserve consistent diameter and smooth transitions. We cut and hand-fit runners, merge into collectors, and TIG‐weld each joint with full penetration—no shortcuts, no flimsy tack jobs.

For turbo manifolds, we can build equal-length designs, twin-scroll or single-scroll configurations, and accommodate ceramic coating or thermal wraps as required. For the full exhaust system, we utilize premium materials (304/321 stainless or titanium) and design for accessibility—service‐friendly flanges, modular sections, provisions for sensors or aftermarket components.
